Orin Energy is a commodity trading company, with a clear vision of establishing ourselves
as one of the market leaders in trade, storage, logistics and optimization of oil and other
energy products with its customers around the globe.
Orin has a comprehensive knowledge of the range of the commodities market and crucially
the idiosyncratic nature of the asset class. Daily our teams use their expertise and logistical
networks to distribute, store and of course optimize energy around the world, efficiently and
most of all responsibly. For over 6 years now Orin Energy has served the world’s energy
markets; trading and refining mainly in crude oil and delivering energy products to our
customers. Our customers include national oil companies, multinationals, leading industrial and
chemical companies. We deliver the products they need on time and to specification,
by sourcing and managing the movement of energy through the relevant infrastructures.

Orin Energy, a private company founded in Japan 15 years ago. Today it has 6 offices in the Far East and Middle East with its largest operations are in Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China.
Orin Energy is owned by a significant proportion of its employees, providing a diverse and stable shareholder base which gives the company a long-term outlook and a considered approach to risk.
Orin Energy’s Chief Executive Officer is Mr Masashi Yano.
Key committees, including the Compliance Committee, report directly to the Executive Management Committee.
Compliance
Orin Energy has rigorous policies and procedures in place to ensure that it complies with all relevant national and international legislation and regulation.
The policies and their implementation are overseen by the Compliance Committee, which reports directly to the Executive Management Committee.
